Partnership Insights
National Société Générale Bank (NSGB) is one of Egypt's most established private banks, with a branch network spanning Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and extending to Aswan, Sharm El-Sheikh, and Hurghada. The bank entrusted Van Tech to deliver MEP and fire protection systems across 13 branches to the highest banking standards.
The scope at each branch included: HVAC systems specifically designed for banking environments, FM200 fire suppression protecting server rooms and vaults, and early warning fire alarm systems linked to intelligent control panels. Durations ranged from 3 months for compact branches to 8 months for larger projects like Manshie, Damnhour, and Sharm El-Sheikh. Every branch was handed over with full testing and commissioning certificates.
NSGB's locations were exceptionally diverse—from Mohandeseen in central Giza to Aswan in the deep south and Hurghada on the Red Sea coast. This required adapting equipment to varying climatic environments: units rated for extreme heat in Upper Egypt and coastal humidity-resistant equipment in Hurghada. Banking security requirements also mandated work execution outside official hours. We adhered to these constraints through organized night-shift crews.
All 13 NSGB branches were handed over with successful commissioning results. Van Tech achieved a zero-complaint record throughout the warranty period across branches stretching from Shebin El-Kom in the north to Aswan in the south. This broad portfolio proves Van Tech's ability to execute simultaneously across diverse geographic and climatic environments.
NSGB chose Van Tech because the company combines specialized banking MEP expertise with the logistical capability to execute in the most remote and challenging locations. The single integrated contract model eliminates multi-contractor coordination and guarantees uniform quality at every branch regardless of location. NSGB's repeated trust in Van Tech across 13 projects is the most compelling testimony to that.
