Qatar National Bank (QNB) is one of the largest and most trusted banks across the Middle East and Africa. In Egypt, the bank operates an expanding branch network across Greater Cairo and new urban cities. Van Tech was selected as the specialized MEP partner to deliver mechanical, electrical, and fire protection systems across 13 branches to the bank's stringent quality standards.

The scope across each branch included: central HVAC systems tailored for banking environments, FM200 fire suppression protecting server rooms and vaults, early warning fire alarm systems, and electrical power distribution. Project durations ranged from 3 months for compact branches to 18 months for large-scale projects like the 10th of Ramadan branch. All systems were commissioned in full compliance with QNB's technical and security requirements.

The banking environment imposed exceptional challenges: server rooms and vaults demanded precision cooling and water-free gaseous suppression systems to protect digital and physical assets. QNB management required all works to be executed outside official banking hours to maintain uninterrupted customer service. We overcame these constraints through night-shift schedules and disciplined on-site teams.

All 13 QNB branches were handed over passing every commissioning and testing protocol on the first attempt. Van Tech maintained a zero-defect record throughout the warranty period across all branches. The longest execution was 18 months for the 10th of Ramadan branch—one of QNB Egypt's largest. This achievement cemented the bank's confidence in Van Tech as a trusted banking MEP partner.
